Wiley X Rides Explosive Growth with End-to-End Solution
When September 11, 2001 transformed the United States, it also transformed Wiley X Eyewear. The company's market niche - saftey glasses and goggles - had previously been relatively small. Suddenly, hundreds of thousands of American troops needed protective eyewear for Afghanstan and Iraq.
Wiley X found itself swamped with business, which also includes fashionable protective eyewear. But it was still processing orders manually, using a stand-alone webstore, and the owner was paying invoices with hand-written checks. It had began searching for a business partner to streamline operations.

Sysera Helps Manufacturer Go Paperless
Until recently, Western Rubber & Supply used an awful lot of paper. Although the company
had been on Sage Accpac ERP software for years, reports were still printed out on paper. So
were customer purchase orders, pick tickets, invoices, and more.
The company was growing, and Donna Brewer, operations manager, knew there had to be a
better solution. She called Sysera, her Sage Software authorized partner, who recommended
upgrading the software, installing more reliable servers, adding a CRM system, and implementing
custom reports. The goal was to improve efficiency and accuracy by changing their work
