Our experience with the Sage Accpac product line dates back to 1987. As accounting and business professionals we provide sales, consulting and technical support to our clients related to their accounting information systems. Our goal is to assist our clients in running their business more efficiently while reducing their operating costs.

SYSERA was founded in 1998 by two partners guided by a single philosophy: “Always do what is right, even when no one is looking”

As we continue to grow, we focus on refining our methodologies in our practice. We have spent considerable resources developing methods that are successful and repeatable.

SYSERA's employees come from an accounting background. It is more productive to take someone well trained in accounting and make them passionate about I.T. than it is to take I.T. people and make them passionate about accounting. We bring a unique blend of enthusiasm to both disciplines.

Susan Cardoza, President
Susan was employed by ACCPAC International (AI) from 1987-1989 where she was the lead support technician of Job Cost, Inventory and Payroll. Susan left AI in 1990 to join the Entrepreneurial Services division of Ernst and Young (EY). While at EY she grew the division from 1 to 30 clients in 12 months while earning the reputation as one of the premier ACCPAC consultants in Northern California. Just shy of her 1 year anniversary, Susan left EY to join Edge Information Systems (Edge IS), a large Network Integrator located in San Jose. In 1992, Edge IS became the largest ACCPAC reseller in the nation. Also in 1992 Susan achieved President’s Club status from Great Plains Software for outstanding sales and Special Recognition from Platinum Software for sales. In 1993, Edge IS spun off the Accounting Systems division to Susan, which became Dunamis Business Consulting.
